Principal Product Manager, Tutor Engagement
Overview:
Nerdy (NYSE: NRDY) is on a mission to transform how people learn through technology—and our tutor marketplace is the heart of that transformation. With thousands of educators powering personalized instruction across 3,000+ subjects, how we support, engage, and empower them directly shapes the quality of learning we deliver.
As Principal Product Manager for Tutor Engagement, you’ll own the end-to-end experience tutors have once they join the platform. From onboarding to scheduling, incentives to feedback loops, you’ll build the systems that help them thrive—leveraging AI and automation to scale impact without losing live human interaction.
You’ll work across UX, systems, and communications to create a tutor experience that feels intelligent, effortless, and mission-aligned. This includes nudges driven by performance data, AI-powered scheduling prompts, real-time feedback summaries, and personalized support experiences.
